Cannot open https webpages

Sometimes after a malware or virus problem with your computer you may try to sign into your secure email or your online banking webpage.

You may discover that you cannot get to your secure email or online banking site.
You may discover that you cannot open any https webpages.

These are secure pages.

If this happens to you then this is what you need to do.
There are some files that need to be re registered in the windows operating system.
For some reason they have become un registered, probably by a virus or malware program.

To do this you need to open the run command then you can copy and paste each line, ONE at a time
into the run box then click ok

regsvr32 softpub.dll
regsvr32 wintrust.dll
regsvr32 initpki.dll
regsvr32 dssenh.dll
regsvr32 rsaenh.dll
regsvr32 gpkcsp.dll
regsvr32 sccbase.dll
regsvr32 slbcsp.dll
regsvr32 cryptdlg.dll

Once you have finished restart your computer and try to goto a webpage that uses https
